Chimmi House is a second floor, waterfront 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom suite. Incredible waterfront vistas of all the watersports action and sunsets year-round!
Chimmi House features teak floors, tile bathrooms, carpeted bedrooms and a full modern award-winning kitchen with an s-bend granite beverage bar. The living room features waterfront vistas, leather furnishings, a flat screen intelligent TV and cable. Space to entertain includes a dining room table with seating for 6 and bar seating for 4. The waterfront primary bedroom has a private full bathroom, walk-in tile shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a king bed while the third has a queen bed. Each bedroom has a flat screen intelligent TV with cable. The shared full bath has a bathtub shower combo. The living area and primary bedroom provide access to the west facing deck with waterfront vistas. The bedrooms provide access to a water view balcony.
Guests of Watermen's Retreat get kite launching and landing access at REAL Watersports and 10% off at the REAL Watersports Rental Shop.

- In the Hatteras area, The earlier you can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
- June, July, and August are high season in the Hatteras area. Book your Hatteras rental home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.

- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did your group have a terrific vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear about it.
