Water sport enthusiasts will adore the direct access to a community boardwalk that provides access to the sound for kiteboarding, paddleboarding, windsurfing, or kayaking. Exploring the many trails and boardwalks in the area on a bicycle or by foot will allow you to follow your whims for a beach day at the Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Other great activities include fishing, calming at the Kinnakeet Shores pool and tennis facilities, or cycling into town for an ice cream after dinner. Discover four master bedrooms on the second level — two kings and two queens —each with a private ensuite bath, including one that is handicap friendly. Six Bluetooth surround sound speakers enhance entertainment throughout the pool area or the game room. On level two, the laundry room has been upgraded with a new washer and dryer.
New for 2022: 7-Person hot tub. New gas grille. The outdoor shower has been newly refreshed. In the kitchen, two new dishwashers have been added. The great room has seen many updates, including new furnishings, carpeting, sliding glass doors, and tile.
