This four-bedroom/two- and one-half-bath home has everything you need to settle in, slow down, and connect to that elusive gentler pace.

There’s no need to part from your four-legged family members ... two dogs are welcome to join you on your family getaway. They’ll appreciate sunbathing themselves alongside you on the oceanfront pool patio that showcases a new private swimming pool, picnic table, charcoal grille, outdoor shower, and a 6-person hot tub ready to deliver a relaxing respite. Nothing but a natural sand dune separates you from the ocean when you’re ready to build sandcastles and play in the waves.

All of the home’s bedrooms are located on the first level and include a master king with an ensuite bathroom and oceanfront deck access, two queens, and a room with two bunk beds. All of the bedrooms feature new beds and TVs. There is also a full hallway bath and a laundry room on this level. The level above it reveals a warm and welcoming great room, with a half-bath, cathedral ceilings, and a wall of window sliders offering multiple access points to the oceanfront deck. Settle into the comfortable sectional to catch a show on the Intelligent TV or perhaps let the more natural one outside grab your attention instead. Savor the gleaming white kitchen thoughtfully outfitted with everything you need to prep meals that can be served at the five-stool breakfast counter or eight-seat dining table. Another four-seat table is available for meals but is also ideal for starting a puzzle or accommodating a card game. Looking for a little more active competition? The upstairs ship’s watch offers a game room with a foosball table and electric dart board.
