With roughly a 5 min. walk to the beach, and centrally located between Nags head and Hatteras, our OCEAN SIDE home offers 3 bedrooms and a additional room for additional lounge area or playroom for the kids. The home has a 1200 sq. ft. wrap around deck for outdoor dining, calming or entertaining and is located across Highway 12 from REAL Watersports and RADIKAL Kiteboarding. The area features kiteboarding lessons, great fishing, stores and dining. Recent updates include new stove, new carpeting, new HVAC, new roof, all new pots/pans, dishes, glassware, flatware. Conveniences include: WIFI, beach chairs, gas grille, washer/dryer and roomy outdoor shower.
