All 5 bedrooms (including 2 king master bedrooms) face the sea and provide slider access to the oceanfront deck, lulling guests into pleasant slumber with ocean breezes, salty air, and sounds of the surf. Not only is this home mere steps from the beach offering the easiest of beach access, but also walking distance to the Avon Fishing Pier and Pangea restaurant. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

When to reserve a Hatteras rental home & When to go:

• The earlier you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are booked very early. Reserving your rental up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
