Stunning freshly refreshed main home.

There is a completely separate apartment upstairs where I stay sometimes, especially if the wind is good for kiteboarding. I won't impact your stay in any way.

Recently remodeled three bedroom / two bathroom bungalow in the heart of Avon. Located in peaceful neighborhood within walking/cycling distance to coffee shop, eateries, grocery store, and beach.
2 queen beds and 2 twins.
Giant 55" TV in family room to stream movies/shows using your own Netflix/Hulu/Amazon/etc. accounts.

Generous and well supplied kitchen to make you feel at home.

Front covered porch from where you can savor a handsome sunset, back deck, and cavernous back yard with a picnic table and a Webber charcoal grille.

The island is prone to getting hit with storms so if you want to protect your vacation investment I highly recommend get some travel insurance. My suggestions would be looking into Allianz or Travelers. Please do your own research.

  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did you have a terrific time? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was out of order and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
