Our Condo is located on Spencer Creek and Pamlico Sound, it has the most breath taking vistas of the Sound from the balcony and master bedroom. This comfortable condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the third floor overlooking Pamlico sound. Ocean vistas and gorgeous sunrise from front deck. The sunsets at nighttime are lavish from the back balcony. Watch the wind surfing and kite boarding on the sound from balcony.
There is a TV in both bedrooms. The living room has TV, DVD and stereo. Cable and Wireless internet 'WIFI' is also supplied. Books, games and movie collection for family fun. The kitchen is completely outfitted with dishes, glasses, modest appliances. There is a new range and new dishwasher for 2018 season. Unwind or swim at private pool. Rent or bring your own kayak. Ocean Air water sports is just next door and rents jet ski, kayak, paddle boards and other water sport items. Early morning walk on beach or Early Ocean swim! Just step across street to the splendid Avon beach. Our pier on Spencer Creek is ideal for fishing, boating, canoeing and kayaking. 4- wheel drive beach access is just up the road. Side walks are a new addition to this area. Great for daily walks or a day of shopping in gift stores and beach stores. Savor a morning bicycle ride. Bring your bicycle or rent a bicycle and store in ground floor storage closet. Several beach rental stores are close for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and surf boards. Items can be delivered to condo. Fish cleaning table and laundry room on site. Outdoor shower located next to pool. On site Grille and picnic area. Grocery shopping at Food Lion just 5 min. up the road. 3 blocks away is DQ for the evening Ice Cream trip. Great Eateries along Hwy 12. Ketch 55, Bros Sandwiches, Oceanea, Mad Crabber and many more. Coffee stores, Ice cream stores, Kitty Hawk Kites, Life is good and other gift stores all in walking distance.

This Condo is serviced by Hatteras Helping Hands as the cleaning service and repair service. Bed linens will be supplied. This will be supplied in quoted rental fee. Note: For pier fishing on property, temporary inexpensive fishing licenses are required by NC Fish and Game . Licenses are available in many local stores.
