OCEANFRONT Waves - Bold Dune Drive - From the vantage at TOPGALLANT, you'll get impressive vistas of the Atlantic Ocean and Pamlico Sound and get a feel for how narrow the island really is.

The ground floor of this home features two covered carports, a dry entry, two hot/cold enclosed outdoor showers, an outdoor half bath and laundry room. The first floor includes two master suites with private baths and two other bedrooms that share a semi-private hall bath. The two oceanside bedrooms open onto the shaded wrap-around deck, including a bubbly hot tub on the southwest corner. On the top level is an enormous great room facing the ocean with cathedral ceiling.

A wide oceanfront sundeck with vistas galore wraps around to the side of the home and a screened porch on the southwest corner next to the dining area. The kitchen has a wide breakfast bar for casual breakfasts and lunches. Of course, the sizable spiral staircase and ship's watch/tower with ocean to sound vistas are the crowning jewels. The tower room with a twin daybed with trundle may be used as a fifth bedroom.

New for 2022: Queen couch bed converted to twin daybed with trundle.
