2024 was a great year for us and I want to thank all our guest for choosing Beach Happy and taking such good care of the home, we had 100% 5 star guest !!! Avon was first called Kinnakeet, the first settlers were Algonquian Indians, the Post Office in 1883 changed the name to Avon, do not know why! Beach Happy is a semi-ocean front property located on the secluded North End of Avon, NC. Beach Happy offers ideal 360° vistas of both the Atlantic Ocean and Pamlico Sound. The ground level of the property offers covered parking, capable of fitting more than four cars under the home. Additionally, the property offers an outdoor shower, fish cleaning table, and park grille on the grounds. Beach Happy is 2 stories, sitting over 20 feet off the ground. The first floor homes four bedrooms, each having access to a full bathroom. The second floor homes the living quarters of the home, providing a kitchen, bar seating, kitchen table, dining table, living room, sitting room, and playroom. Both floors provide wrap around decks, offering vistas of both the ocean and sound at each level, with ample seating and outdoor furnishings on both floors. The playroom is outfitted with books and games for kids of all ages, including a foosball table. Beach Happy is located on a peaceful cul-de-sac, with a beach access ramp only thirty feet from the property. Finally, Beach Happy is located close to fashionable wind surfing locations, shopping, eateries, and other water excursion destinations. Book now! No family pets. Check in is 4 PM Check out is 9 AM. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses.
