Indoors, the first level offers a roomy game room with a pool table, kitchenette, and laundry room. The first level bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds and a shared full bathroom. On the second level, four ensuite bedrooms each have a TV and direct deck access. The six-person hot tub is a magnet at the end of the day as the sun sets over the sound. A fifth bedroom on this level features a queen size bed and access to the deck and hot tub.

On the light-filled third level, you will gather in the home’s great room, kitchen, and dining area to renew connections and savor convivial conversation. Take in the sound vistas from floor-to-ceiling windows as you create memorable meals in a cavernous kitchen featuring a breakfast island and brand-new stainless appliances. TwinTip is a short drive from an elegant supermarket and public beach access. The Kinnakeet Shores community also enjoys two tennis courts and a 50 meter Olympic-sized pool.
