OCEANFRONT Avon - Prepare yourself for a really BLISSful vacation at this oceanfront home in southern Avon with not only striking ocean vistas but also a private pool. A path to the beach welcomes you along with a huge swimming pool, Tiki bar, and a hot tub to enhance your relaxation. There are other outside activities such as horseshoe pits, basketball hoop and swings too. Nearby is a game room featuring an air hockey table, huge TV, stereo, and a full-size refrigerator, ideal for beach drinks or poolside beverages. This home is move in ready unlike most beach homes because the BEDS ARE MADE (not just linens included as are most beach homes in Avon). There is a exhilarating huge private outside shower near the pool and hot tub area as well as a fish or bathing suit cleaning sink area for your convenience. The gas grille (with gas supplied) close by the entertainment area will add to your vacation fun. The covered carport and storage area for beach and fishing gear provide space for your valuable vacation gear.
Inside the home, you will be delighted by the first level accommodations including a king master bedroom with access to the oceanfront deck and private full bath. Two more bedrooms (king, & queen) also have access to the oceanfront deck and use the hall full bath along with the fourth bedroom which has two sets of bunk beds. Both full baths are off bedroom hallway. All bedrooms provide TV/DVDs.
The main level of the home features the great room with spectacular ocean vistas, comfortable new leather couches and other seating, a beverage bar and a sizable flat screen TV with surround sound speakers. There is a desk, office supplies and a comfortable desk chair for office work that may need done.
In summer, the outside fire pit on the piazza is great place to gather or just a short walk the beach for a beach fire. For winter vacations, the great room's wood burning fireplace create warm memories to last forever. Blue water vistas can be seen through the sizable windows throughout the entire great room which is open to the enormous well equipped kitchen.

Three sets of sliders lead to the large Oceanview deck with picnic table and chairs to appreciate ocean breezes and speakers from the stereo. Another deck offers a sound view, the ideal place to watch the famed Hatteras Island sunsets. There is also a convenient half bath on the great room level. The kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops and plenty of counter space. Two ranges make preparing meals for the group easier, and two dishwashers provide fast cleanup. Always plenty of ice with the commercial ice machine and large French door refrigerator. The dining table is positioned close by for dinner with a view.
