From its creekside location, this three-bedroom/two-bath home offers direct sound access via a private boardwalk. Bring your kayak and get ready to launch it, along with your natural impulse to make this vacation everything you wanted and more.

As soon as you enter the home — whether through the front door or from the convenient elevator that elevates the home’s accessibility — you’ll be greeted by an ambience of openness and warmth. A wall of windows accepts light to fill the kitchen, dining area and living space. The modern kitchen has everything you need to make prepping meals more joy than a job; ample table and counter seating allow you to savor those feasts together. The living space features a flat screen TV to keep all who sink into the comfortable couch and recliners entertained. Down the hall, there is a primary suite with a huge ensuite bathroom and TV, along with a queen bedroom and a room with a pyramid bunk, also with a TV, that share a full hallway bath. Next to it, a cavernous laundry room is at your disposal.

The home is encircled by a wide covered wooden deck offering vistas in every direction. Connected to it is a unique “sunset tower” so that unobstructed vistas of the sun sinking into the sound are yours to commit to memory.

When to visit Frisco & When to book:

  • June, July, and August are high season in Frisco. Booking a rental in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • The earlier you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Booking your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Booking websites typically offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.
