Blue Mere is an inviting coastal getaway located on a peaceful street in Avon, just 450 feet from the beach walkway. Just over the dunes is the wide handsome Avon beach. It's central location is close to stores, eateries and a grocery store.

Appreciate the sizable furnished deck while cooking on a gas grille. Step inside and you will see bright, cheerful decor throughout the home. The open living, dining and kitchen area has a cathedral ceiling that makes it simple for everybody to gather together.

This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath cozy bungalow. You will find a full kitchen which includes a dishwasher, air fryer/toaster oven, coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave, stove/oven, dishes, pots/pans and silverware.
There are 3 bar stools along the counter and a table that has 8 chairs. There is a couch, loveseat, 2 chairs and a rocking chair. There is a 65" intelligent tv in the living room.
In the master bedroom there is a king bed, full private bath/shower and a 55" intelligent tv.
The blue and green bedrooms have queen beds with 43" intelligent tvs.
There are 2 sets of bunk beds in the bunk bed room (for kids 125 lbs or less) with a 43" intelligent tv.
Parking is limited to 3 cars, in order not to block the neighbors’ driveways.

This cottage is located in Avon. Cape Hatteras Lighthouse is a notable landmark, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Avon Fishing Pier and Ocean Air Sports are also worth visiting.
