Blue Mere is an inviting coastal getaway located on a peaceful street in Avon, just 450 feet from the beach walkway. Just over the dunes is the wide gorgeous Avon beach. It's central location is close to stores, eateries and a grocery store.

Appreciate the enormous furnished deck while cooking on a gas grille. Step inside and you will see bright, cheerful decor throughout the home. The open living, dining and kitchen area has a cathedral ceiling that makes it painless for everybody to gather together.

This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath cozy bungalow. You will find a full kitchen with new appliances 7/24. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, air fryer/toaster oven, coffee maker (drip and Keurig), tea kettle, dishes, pots/pans and silverware.
There are 3 bar stools along the counter and a table that has 8 chairs. There is a couch, loveseat, 2 chairs and a rocking chair. There is a 65" intelligent tv in the living room.
In the master bedroom there is a king bed, full private bath/shower and a 55" intelligent tv.
The blue and green bedrooms have queen beds with 43" intelligent tvs.
There are 2 sets of bunk beds in the bunk bed room (for kids 125 lbs or less) with a 43" intelligent tv.
Parking is limited to 3 cars, in order not to block the neighbors’ driveways.
The beach is a short walk down the side street to the walkway that has steps going over the dune. This may be difficult for people who have mobility problems going up steps or walking in the soft sand to the beach.

About the Area

Avon is home to this cottage. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Ocean Air Sports and Hatteras Island Boardsports are also worth visiting.
