Each of the 6 bedrooms serves as a private sanctuary, complete with en suite bathrooms.

The lower level is dedicated to fun and leisure, boasting a rec room with a pool table and a wet bar, along with an inviting outdoor swimming pool, (heated) and a new hot tub! Multiple decks provide stunning views, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach or entertaining guests.

An elevator services all levels and a ramp is provided in the covered carport, ensuring everyone can enjoy this remarkable vacation home.

*Don't forget the family dog, as OBX Time is pet-friendly! The owners are willing to accommodate up to 4 dogs. Please call the Avon office for approval and to have the additional pet fee applied.

OBX Time is conveniently located near local restaurants, a grocery store, the Avon Fishing Pier, a mini-golf course, the iconic Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, and more. The beach is easily accessible, with beach access points to both the north and south of the home.
