SEMI-OCEANFRONT Rodanthe - Dean Ave. - Formerly Becca's Beach Retreat - SALTY LIL BEACH is the ideal place for calming, reading, fishing, playing and engaging in some much-needed family time on the handsome Outer Banks. The first level features a game room with pool table (with removable ping pong top), wet bar with mini-refrigerator and a microwave, a TV/DVD with sound system and speakers to the deck and pool area, and opens to a deck with direct access to the private pool and hot tub. This level also offers two bedrooms: one with two pyramid bunk beds and one with king bed and access to the semi-private handicap friendly bathroom with roll-in shower and roll-under sink. The mid-level of the home features three bright and roomy master bedrooms each with its own private bath and deck access: one with king bed, one with queen bed and one with pyramid bunk beds. The top level features the final king master bedroom with Jacuzzi tub in its private bath and access to the top level deck.. Create gourmet meals in the sizable, open kitchen and appreciate them in the open dining area. After dinner, watch a movie on the 50" LCD Intelligent TV in the adjoining great room. The TV is connected to an 11-speaker sound system, DVD player and Netflix streaming movies.
