SEMI-OCEANFRONT Rodanthe - Dean Ave. BECCA'S BEACH RETREAT is the ideal place for calming, reading, fishing, playing and engaging in some much-needed family time on the striking Outer Banks. The first level features a game room with pool table (with removable ping pong top), wet bar with mini-refrigerator and a microwave, a TV/DVD with sound system and speakers to the deck and pool area, and opens to a deck with direct access to the private pool. This level also offers two bedrooms: one with two pyramid bunk beds and one with king bed and access to the semi-private handicap friendly bathroom with roll-in shower and roll-under sink. The mid-level of the home features three bright and roomy master bedrooms each with its own private bath and deck access: one with king bed, one with queen bed and one with pyramid bunk beds. The top level features the final king master bedroom with Jacuzzi tub in its private bath and access to the top level deck where you can find the steamy hot tub. Create gourmet meals in the huge, open kitchen and savor them in the open dining area. After dinner, watch a movie on the 50" LCD Intelligent TV in the adjoining great room. The TV is connected to an 11-speaker sound system, DVD player and Netflix streaming movies. Unwind on peaceful days reading a good book on the oceanview decks or head out to appreciate any number of outdoor activities from paddleboarding to fishing off the Rodanthe Pier. With blue skies, vast ocean vistas and plenty to do, BECCA'S BEACH RETREAT will be your guilty enjoyment.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
