This home drops anchor only two tons back from the oceanfront in Hatteras Village, just a short distance to the neighborhood pool. Bask in the hot tub that overlooks the ocean-side vistas on the ample deck, appreciating the fresh ocean air! Servicing all three floors, an elevator can assist in climbing this 3,603-square-foot home, along with the additional 1,686 square feet of deck space ideal for viewing the water!

Surface to the top of this home and discover a 25-foot replica of the historic Jackie Fay, a Hatteras-constructed fishing boat, all while calming in the main living room below.

Feel the vibrancy of aquatic gems with the bespoke stain glass installations, jewel-toned accent walls, and nautical wall decor. The stainless-steel appliances, gas stove, and island prep station are ideal for any master chef to experience the luxury of coastal cooking. Directly outside, on the covered deck, is seating for the dreamiest outdoor dining experience, which can be served straight from kitchen to table, all while the breathtaking coastline performs in the background.

Diving down to the mid-level of this home is the main sleeping quarters and recreation room with a pool table. Outside, this deck's level features a hot tub and covered deck space to shade you from the sun. Four of the bedrooms are primary suites. Each bedroom is uniquely designed to give each vacationer a genuinely unique experience.

Outside on the ground level are the treasure chest grille, three outdoor showers, and a firepit for late-nighttime s'mores. The Hatteras by the Sea Community Pool is across the street, where you will gain exclusive access! The surrounding community includes many of Hatteras Villages stores, Teach's Lair Marina for watching open ocean charter boats bring in their haul or to watch the sunset over the sound, some of the islands' best eateries, the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum, and the ferry boat that takes you to discover Ocracoke Island! If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 2 cars.

Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies often offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses.
