Even though the beach is steps away, your family will appreciate the sprawling private pool area, with an 18’x37’ pool (one of the biggest on the island), over 1,200 square feet of decking for sunbathing, an eight-person hot tub enclosed within a shady screened-in porch, and a convenient cabana bath. Stream your favorite playlists from Bluetooth enabled speakers at the pool and hot tub to set the vibe. For a break from the sun, step inside to the first level game room to catch your team in action on the enormous flat screen TV with DVD/CD and multiple speakers, or create your own competition with a competitive game of pool. Each level of the home has doors with mini-ramps onto the exterior decks for ease of wheelchair accessibility.

About the Area

Located in Frisco, this vacation home is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Frisco Beach, while Frisco Native American Museum and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum are cultural highlights. When to reserve a Hatteras rental & When to go:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Hatteras area. To find the largest rental within your budget, we suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions.
  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Booking websites usually offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.
