This literal slice of heaven fronts the gentle sound waters with a private beach to enthrall the little ones and provide direct access to launch kiteboards, windsurfers and other watercraft. A ‘day on the water’ can also be accommodated at the private sound front pool, where an adjacent six-person hot tub completes an ideal outdoor escape. Challenge the family to a pickleball or tennis tournament at the community courts. Get the most from your rental home budget:

  • To get the largest vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Hatteras restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • In the Hatteras area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked very early. Reserving your vacation home up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
