With convenient access to the beach, this ocean-side home, with warm wood accents and high living room ceiling, a classic beach box with slight modern upgrades will provide ideally sized accommodations for a modest family vacation.

After a fun-filled day at the beach, rest your head on one of the two queen beds or two single beds in the three available bedrooms. All bedrooms have their own intelligent TVs and ceiling fans. Appreciate family time in the main living area with a enormous intelligent TV and BT stereo....that is if you can tear yourself away from the ocean!

Piece of Serenity offers a furnished sundeck and a covered porch with a hammock swing, ideal for sitting outside and appreciating some of those outstanding Outer Banks sunrises and sunsets, listening to the roar of the ocean and watching the sweeping gleam of light from the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. Protected under home parking with outdoor shower to rinse all of the salt and sand from your day at the beach. Fish cleaning station to clean todays catch and a huge gas grille for cooking it up or for another cooking option.

Piece of Serenity is located in close proximity to the lighthouse as well as a variety of shopping and eateries, ensuring that you won't have far to go to find additional vacation diversions.   • In the Hatteras area, The earlier you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are booked very early. Booking your rental home six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
  • Summer is the most expensive season in Buxton. To get the best vacation home within your budget, we recommend reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean?
