Add a taste of CARIBBEAN PARADISE to your family vacation! Savor handsome ocean vistas from every level of the home, painless beach access, luxury living and a close walk to the Rodanthe Fishing Pier (with 6 complimentary passes supplied with the rental) and close by shopping, watersports and dining. Upon arrival, pull your cars into the double carport and load your suitcases and groceries into the all-level elevator, letting it do all the lifting. Then cool off in the private pool, relax poolside in the loungers by the Tiki bar or wind down from your travels in the close by hot tub. Access to the pristine island beach is an simple walk through the pool gate. Spend the day with the waves and sea breeze or step inside to the game room complete with pool table and wet bar with full size refrigerator and microwave for fast-grab pool and beach snacks and drinks. A half bath provides convenience. Indulge in a theater experience in the privacy of your home in the theater room with stadium-leveled reclining leather couches with cup holders and room to cuddle, in front of a huge screen TV with BluRay player and surround sound. After the movie, retire to one of the home's 8 master bedrooms each with flat screen TV and private master bath.
The lower level offers two master bedrooms (1 king, 2 pyramid bunk beds) while the mid-level offers three more master bedrooms (1 king, 1 king, 2 pyramid bunk beds) along with a king master bedroom that provides a handicap-friendly bathroom with roll-in shower. All oceanside bedrooms have ocean vistas.
Ascend to the cavernous top level great room to gather with your group on comfortable couches in front of the wall-to-wall ocean view and sizable flat screen TV. Cooking is heaven in the opulent kitchen with granite countertops and double wall ovens for preparing enormous meals. A breakfast bar and island provide additional counterspace and 2 dishwashers aid in clean-up. Accommodate your entire group at meal-time at the formal dining table, breakfast bar seating and two breakfast tables. Nearby is a half bath and two opulent king master bedrooms with ocean vistas and private bathrooms, each with dual vanities and tiled walk-in showers.
Venture onto the three levels of decks, each with vistas of the Atlantic and the beautiful fishing pier. Lower decks are shaded while the top deck is sunny. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.
