OCEANFRONT Frisco - Sandpiper Drive LEAVE OF ABSENCE leaves nothing to be desired. Starting with the private swimming pool, boardwalk to the beach, and relaxing 6 person hot tub, your vacation will be filled with fun and relaxation! When you enter the home you will find an entertaining game room with pool table, TV, wet bar with refrigerator and microwave and convenient full bath. Just a few steps away, you'll also find a king master bedroom with private full bath. Go for a ride in the elevator and discover more on the next level including four bedrooms, two king masters, each with private bath access to the oceanfront deck. The third bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds shares a hall bath with the fourth bath with a set of bunk beds and single bed. On the upper level you will find a delightfully roomy great room featuring wall to wall windows with beautiful ocean vistas, vaulted ceilings, huge screen Intelligent TV and half bath. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dual dishwashers and plenty of space. The center island provides additional seating and the dining table impresses with ocean vistas. Rounding out this level are two more king master bedrooms, each with private bath and both ocean and sound vistas. All bedrooms in the home provide a Intelligent TV. When you top all this off with ample decks offering vistas of both ocean and the sound and out-your-door beach access, you just won't be able to resist taking a LEAVE OF ABSENCE this year.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

Located in Frisco, this vacation home is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Frisco Beach, while Frisco Native American Museum and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum are cultural highlights.   • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Hatteras area. To get the best value, change your trip dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer excellent weather, , and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses.
