SOUNDSIDE Avon - Fathom Ct. This delightful home located in Kinnakeet Shores has access to all of the community amenities including pool, tennis courts and sound access. You will begin to fathom all that this home has to offer when you see the first floor game room with foosball, TV/DVD, colorful couch bed and direct access to the deck overlooking the pool. This level also includes a full bath, a bedroom with a pyramid bunk and a bedroom with two single beds each having their own TV. The second level offers a king master suite and two king bedrooms that share the full hall bath. All three offer deck access. The top level features an open cavernous great room with opulent wood floors, rich tropical decor, and 50" Plasma TV/DVD home theater system with surround sound. The kitchen has a pretty view towards the sound so even the chef can savor the sunsets. Step outside to the decks with both sound and ocean vistas. Find your perfect rental:

Reserve your rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.   • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
