The enormous great room is comfortably decorated and has plenty of seating to allow your family to come together and recap the day's adventures or make plans for tomorrow's activities. If calming in the sun is more your speed, take advantage of the sunny decks with constructed-in seating. Savor ocean and sound vistas from the upper deck. Wash away the sand and salt with one of the two outdoor showers also equipped with an outdoor toilet.

Located in Avon, this vacation home is by the sea. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Lighthouse Beach, while Studio 12 and Kinnakeet Clay Works are cultural highlights.
