The views come courtesy of the ocean-to-sound vistas revealed off multiple decks of this six-bedroom/four-full and one-half bath beachfront beauty. The spaces are thoughtfully curated to surround you with every possible vacation comfort. And that defining feature? The original nine-foot Brunswick Classic billiards table from the movie, “The Hustler,” taking a star turn in a spacious game room. It won’t take much to channel your inner Fast Eddie.

Of course, there is so much more to take your vacation aspirations to another level — in this case, four of them of well-defined living. The ground level features an oceanfront swimming pool and six-person hot tub, surrounded by a variety of seating to while away an afternoon. There are two grills (gas and charcoal) to fire up a quick lunch and a lighted tiki bar to quench everyone’s thirst as the day winds down. Use the outdoor shower for a quick and convenient rinse off. Just inside, the aforementioned game room also features two queen sleeper sofas, a TV and wet bar. There is also a full bath on this level. Four of the home’s bedrooms take up the first level, including one room with two twins with a trundle; a “pirate room” for the kids with two bunks; and a king and a queen that both offer deck access. The laundry room is conveniently located here as well.

The second level great room, with its cathedral ceiling and walls of windows allows the oceanfront backdrop to lure everyone together for meals and other magical moments of family frivolity. The well-stocked commercial kitchen is a chef’s dream, adept at accommodating large groups with an enormous refrigerator, a new cooktop, two dishwashers, and a breakfast bar that seats 10. Gather everyone to enjoy long meals together at a long table that can accommodate 18, then retreat to the massive sectional in the great room to keep the party going here, or outside on the furnished deck with a cool drink and warm thoughts of the memories being made. When you are ready to call it a night, retreat to the third level where a queen and king bedroom with a shared bathroom offer private balconies for one last look at the stars before drifting off to sweet dreams.
