If you are looking for a cute and conveniently located vacation rental, look no further than Pink Paradise! This adorable three-bedroom, two-bath home is perfect for a small family. Enter through the shaded front porch entrance. A large sectional sofa in the living area offers plenty of seating, while the large flat screen TV offers streaming services so you can enjoy your favorite shows. There are also DVDs available for movie night. The kitchen is well-appointed with all of the items needed. A Keurig type coffee maker is here for that first cup of the day.

Outside, you can enjoy the outside shower to wash off the sand. There are two grills, one is a park style charcoal grill and the other is a gas grill. There is a great conversation area under the house with comfortable seating. Cushions are in the storage box located nearby.

For 2024, the owner of Pink Paradise has provided a Nema 14-50 amp receptacle for electric vehicle charging.

Linens are thoughtfully provided.

Enjoy access to the Kinnakeet Shores pool and tennis facilities, located just behind the Sun Realty office in Avon.

Pet friendly! Dogs only, please.

Mini stays are allowed before Memorial Day weekend and after Labor Day weekend. Please call the office for more details.

Overall

Such a fun house with everything we needed! Very spacious and just a short 5 min walk to the beach. Our pup loved it too - especially the backyard!

Better than expected! Large living area with oversized couch. Kitchen had everything we were looking for plus more. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect size. 1 minute drive to beach access with truck access it was nice driving on the beach and hanging out then coming back to enjoy the lounge area downstairs. It was a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. Definitely enjoyed my stay with my family and dogs! (A plus being kid proof!)

It was a wonderful pink beach house! The kitchen was well equipped for our stay but it might have been nice to have more glassware and glass bowls. All beds were comfy.

Overall

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. It was perfect for our small family and it was close to the public beach access and only a short 10-min walk to the shopping center. We even walked to pier so that is doable. The instructions left for the firestick was incredibly helpful and we did not miss cable tv at all. Everything was so lovely in this house. We felt so comfortable and enjoyed spending time watching movies and chilling. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed. Friends were staying nearby in a large oceanfront rental so we didn't cook dinner at our place. But when we did cook breakfast and snacks we found all the items we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. This is so important. We loved the size of the couch. We only just found out the end pieces were recliners. That was an added bonus. We did have a few storms and the yard flooded but that is the nature of being in a coastal town. Thank you to the owners for offering a great home.
