Welcome to the Sandlot! Located in the heart of the Outer Banks, this home is ideal for unwinding and recharging from the daily grind. Located on the pristine beaches of Salvo, you will only be feet away from having your toes in the sand and a cold beer in your hand.

Animals? Not a problem! Good boys are highly encouraged to attend.

Public beach access is located directly across the street. Fires and offseason beach driving are allowed via permit.

Conveniences include: a well outfitted kitchen, coffee makers (traditional and Keurig), coffee, fresh linens (sheets/comforters/pillows), bespoke Bluetooth speaker, body boards, beach cart, seashell painting station, board games, new grille, high speed internet, 50" Roku TV with YouTube TV (includes sports), HBO Max and Netflix subscriptions.

The home has 8 beds (2 queen; 6 single). Surplus guests can stay at no additional charge but sleeping options will be limited to the upstairs couches or floorspace.

When to book & When to go:

• Booking in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
• The earlier you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
• Some property managers offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection.
