Ground Level: Of course, dreamy beach days, fishing excursions, and island explorations will be on the itinerary, but so should days spent at the outdoor recreation area featuring a 15' x 30' private pool and lavish 7-person hot tub. It's the ideal spot to sit back, relax, and let your cares wash away. Two gas grilles will certainly inspire some fantastic evening BBQs with family and friends, making this an outdoor entertainer's paradise. The ground level also features ample parking, a carport with direct access to the elevator, a 6 ft. privacy fence, enclosed double outdoor showers, and direct access to the beach.

First Level: Just inside, there is a wet bar/kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator in the recreation area that will delight all ages. There's a billiards table, a shuffleboard table, and an arcade-style game console featuring 60 games for those competitors in the group. Additionally, there is a media area with a enormous sectional and 85-inch Intelligent TV with surround sound which is ideal for movie nights and entertaining the kids. Linens and towels are supplied all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
