Just across the street from the beach, the ocean vistas are captivating. Located in the heart of Avon, multiple eateries, stores, activities and even a huge grocery store are just a short walk or bicycle ride away.

Start your vacation off right by loading your bags and groceries into the Stair Tamer and sending them upstairs. Then jump in the private swimming pool tucked away in the back yard for privacy. There is plenty of poolside furnishings for calming including a pergola covered seating area. A cabana half bath conveniently accepts for fast bathroom trips from the pool or beach. After a long day at the beach and pool, dance on into the game room for a game of foosball or relax in front of the sizable, flat screen home theater system with BluRay player and sound system. A complimentary-standing electronic arcade game offers 62 games from which to choose. No coins or tokens needed! A game table provides space for board games and puzzles and the wet bar comes complete with full size refrigerator to keep your drinks cold and microwave for afternoon snacking. A half bath is close by and the level is rounded out by a bedroom with 2 single beds and a private master bath.

There are four more master bedrooms on the mid-level of the home, one with 2 single beds and three with queen beds. All bedrooms in the home have TV/DVD players and private master baths. One of the queen bedrooms on this level features a tiled walk-in shower and granite countertops. Step out onto the deck to find the hot tub in which you can sit back, appreciate a drink with good friends and chat over the sound of the bubbling water and ocean waves.

There is one more queen master bedroom on the top level of the home which provides direct access to the oceanside deck and features a private master bath with another tiled walk-in shower and two separate vanities. The great room is well-appointed for gathering in front of the flat screen TV home theater system, dining at the enormous dining table, sidling up to the wet bar with mini refrigerator, or preparing culinary delights in the bright, thoughtfully-outfitted kitchen providing every tool you could need. A slider leads from the dining area into the screened porch where you'll find the Weber gas grille and two picnic tables, ideal for that seafood feast or bar-b-que spread. Catch sunrises and sunsets on the east and west facing decks.

May, September, and even October offer great weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.   • Re-check the property to confirm that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
