OCEANFRONT Avon- Ocean View Dr. This home has more than WINDOWS TO THE SEA, your family will appreciate calming to the sounds of the sea on the two levels of wraparound decks with plenty of seating and accessible by multiple sliders. The first level of the home offers four bedrooms; the king and queen bedroom both have a private bathroom and the single and bunk bedrooms share the hall bath. The king master bedroom with full ensuite bath can be found on the top level along with the great room which offers the convenience of a half bath along with the grandeur of vaulted ceilings, sizable flat screen TV entertainment center, fine furnishings and of course the grand vistas of the sea through the clerestory windows. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and huge breakfast bar. The dining area is located alongside a series of windows and sliders. There is a wet bar at the base of a short set of steps up to a turret with conversational seating surrounded by windows providing expansive water vistas. Some people say that your eyes are the windows to your soul. The heart of this home has WINDOWS TO THE SEA. (Fireplace seen in photos is not available for guest use.)

New for 2022: Jacuzzi tub removed. Jack and Jill bathroom converted to two bathrooms, making the adjacent king and queen bedrooms masters.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. Sticking to a spending plan:

  • The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked very early.
