OCEANFRONT Avon — Find your true north — or south, east and west for that matter — from the towering coastal escape of ABOVE ALL ELSE, a beachfront home that provides expansive vistas that will inspire treasured vacation memories from its perch on one of north Avon’s biggest sand dunes. It’s simple to see how the two are intertwined in this freshly modernized, four bedroom/three full- and one-half-bath vacation getaway where you can see the ocean from every room.

From the lower level, a enormous king primary bedroom offers a wall of windows where you can rise to an ocean view. It has a slider that opens to an ocean-front deck and features a huge bath with walk-in shower. There is a bedroom with a king bed along with another full bath on this floor as well. A queen bedroom and an adjacent bedroom with two twins, each with private deck access, occupy the mid-level. They share a full bath, which is also convenient to a media room that features a sizable, surround-sound TV, DVDs, books and classic board games — ideal for group entertainment.

With huge windows facing every compass direction, the open concept main level has a combination kitchen/living room and a defined dining space with both ocean and sound vistas. A well-equipped kitchen makes cooking for your family a joy, as does sharing those meals at the six-seat breakfast bar or at the sound- and ocean-facing eight-seat dining room table. The living room, and the broad adjacent deck, are also ideal for admiring the ocean to sound vistas, too. There’s a half-bath on this level as well. You’ll also find those calming moments you seek in the ground level six-person hot tub or while taking in spectacular sunset vistas on the rooftop crow’s nest with constructed-in bench seating.

Guests also have complimentary access to the Kinnakeet Shores community pool, tennis and basketball courts. If this isn’t enticement enough, consider this: your dog(s) are welcome. Up to two dogs (no other family pets, please) are allowed and the home is equipped with gates and a large crate.
