Appreciate friendly competition in the first floor game room with pool table, foosball, and shuffleboard! The full-size refrigerator and microwave at the wet bar are ideal for poolside treats, movie snacks, or a fast bite before heading out to the beach. Kick back in front of the TV or step onto the shaded deck where a calming soak in the hot tub will wash your cares away. Let the kids savor their own space in the three bedrooms on this level, a queen, a bedroom with two singles, and a bedroom with two pyramid bunk sets. A full bathroom and a convenient laundry area are also on this level.

Awake to ocean vistas in the four comfortable bedrooms on the middle level. Two queen bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, while two king en suites are at either end of the hall. A second laundry area is also on this level. Each of the four bedrooms opens onto the cavernous shaded deck overlooking the ocean.

Gather in the open living, dining, and kitchen area with sweeping ocean-to-sound vistas on the top level. Family feasts around the dining table and adjacent breakfast bar will bring your crew closer together. Spend time in the living area with striking ocean vistas that are sure to wow you all year long. A convenient half bathroom is also on this level. Step out onto the oceanview sundeck to catch the sunrise each morning, or take it painless on the soundview sundeck off the kitchen while you watch a colorful sunset light up the sky. Sleep simple in the king en suite with shower stall in the bathroom and access to the oceanview sundeck.

Note: Pool heat will be available for an additional charge, $600.00 per week beginning September 2023. Recent updates also include new indoor and outdoor furnishings, decor, lighting, kitchenware, interior painting, new pool table and shuffleboard table.

About the Area

Located in Hatteras, this vacation home is near theme parks. Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and Frisco Native American Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Buxton Seafood.
